Promoters wary after Missouri music festival bust (AP)

In a June 29, 2011 photo, Jimmy Tebeau sings with his Grateful Dead cover band, Schwag, at a concert at the Blue Note in Columbia, Mo. Tebeau  owns an Ozarks “campitheater” that hosts national touring acts and thousands of fans at weekend festivals.  Federal prosecutors charged him in June with one count of maintaining a drug premises. That follows a November 2010 civil lawsuit seeking forfeiture of the 350-acre property and nearly $200,000. Tebeau has pleaded not guilty. Concert promoters and music venue owners are closely watching the case.  (AP Photo/L.G.
