Katy Perry holds off Britney atop singles chart (Reuters)

Reuters - Katy Perry's "E.T." spent a fifth week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart Thursday, while Britney Spears' "Till the World Ends" soared eight places to a new high of No. 3 bolstered by a much-buzzed-about remix featuring Nicki Minaj and Ke$ha.
