Michael Jackson Manslaughter Case: Prosecutors Claim Murray Acted with Guilty Conscience
Filed under: Michael Jackson, Conrad Murray, Celebrity Justice
Prosecutors in the Michael Jackson manslaughter case want the jury to hear evidence that authorities tried in vain to get in touch with Dr. Conrad Murray to figure out how Michael Jackson died, and his refusal to cooperate is evidence of a guilty heart.
Prosecutors say both the LAPD and the L.A. County Coroner tried on 4 separate occasions -- from June 30, 2009 - July 21, 2009 -- to contact Murray but never received a return call.
By falling off the radar, prosecutors believe it shows a consciousness of guilt and they want this evidence before the jury.
The judge has not ruled on the motion.

Beyonce's Mom -- Please Buy My Houston Mansion
Filed under: Tina Knowles, Beyonce Knowles, Celebrity Homes, Photo Galleries
Beyonce's mom Tina Knowles is unloading one of her massive Houston area homes -- listing her Texas-sized, 8,885 square foot mansion for $3.499 million.
The 5 bedroom, 5 bath house was purchased by Beyonce in 2004 -- the title was then transferred to her mom.
Tina's palatial pad has a carved stone fireplace, multilevel formal living and dining room, and a 50 foot wall of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the backyard pool.
Mama Knowles has 2 other homes in the Houston area -- a low-key ranch home, and a 4,783 square foot lakefront property.

Sean Kingston: Jet Ski Accident Caused by Inattention, Inexperience
Filed under: Sean Kingston, Celebrity Justice, Exclusive, Ride Me
Sean Kingston's near-fatal jet ski accident could have been avoided if he had bothered to take a boating safety class, or at least read the manual ... according to a newly released police report obtained by TMZ.
Investigators say Kingston's "inexperience" and "inattention" were solely to blame. The cops specifically called him out for not understanding basic boating safety procedures. They believe Kingston stupidly released the throttle while turning the steering wheel at the same time, causing him to lose control over the watercraft.
As we reported in May, the "Beautiful Girls" singer was critically injured when he crashed his brand new jet ski into a bridge in Miami Beach.
The three-month police investigation reveals just how close Kingston was to dying. According to the report, Kingston crashed into the bridge with such force, his head, arms and upper chest, left an imprint on the cement (see photo below).
Kingston was cited for "careless operation in an accident" and fined a whopping $180.

Fashion Wire Daily - If there has been any dominant movement in American fashion in the past several seasons it's been the meeting of active sport clothing and materials with fine tailoring and a couture touch. And if any label has led that movement, arguably been its forerunner, then it is Proenza Schouler, who presented their spring 2012 collection in New York on Wednesday, Sept. 14.

Grohl, Novoselic reminisce about 'Nevermind' (AP)
AP - It's been 20 years since the release of Nirvana's "Nevermind." The album, which included cultural anthems like "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and "Come As You Are," marked the beginning of the alt-rock movement of the 1990s and transformed drummer Dave Grohl, bassist Krist Novoselic and singer-guitarist Kurt Cobain into the poster boys of Generation X, until Cobain's tragic suicide in 1994.
